About Sample Collection Under a Witness
We will perform sample collection and create a consent form under the presence of our professional staff.
The collected samples and consent forms will be collected by our professional staff.
For adult wards, the guardian should give consent and sign; for persons under curatorship, the curator should do so.
If the test subject is a minor, the person with parental authority must give consent and sign.
If child custody is being determined, the current person with parental authority and legal representative will do this.

In order to use the test results in court, it is mandatory to have sample collection, consent form creation, photo taking, and identity document verification done by professional staff. All participants must cooperate with all of the following:
- Presentation of ID and submission of a copy image
- Taking a photo for identity verification
- Signing and thumbprinting the consent and application forms
For ID, please present one officially issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, health insurance card, basic resident register card). If the subject is a minor, present one of the following: passport, birth certificate, maternal and child health handbook, or health insurance card.

A "Private Test" is a DNA test where you collect the samples yourself for the purpose of personally confirming biological relationships.
A "Legal Test" is a DNA test for submitting the paternity test results to courts, mediations, or government agencies. It requires ID presentation and sample collection under the presence of a legal professional.
