ImageSemen Detection Test

This is a forensic test to confirm whether evidence left at a scene of infidelity or crime contains semen.
It determines if stains on clothing or objects are semen, and a DNA test can be used to identify whose "semen" it is.
We have introduced the latest semen detection techniques used by the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) and CSI (Crime Scene Investigation) in the United States.

* If there is less than 0.005 ml of semen attached, identity verification may not be possible even after processing to preserve the DNA.

* Because we cannot confirm whether DNA has been successfully preserved until the actual DNA testing is performed, the identity verification results may not be obtained. Please understand this in advance.
Additionally, even if it is determined not to be semen after you request DNA preservation, refunds cannot be provided as it is an option utilizing a different testing method.

ImageTesting Method for Semen Detection

We check whether items or stains attached to clothing, tissue paper, etc., contain specific proteins found only in human semen.
It is best to test the entire stained item using a molecular biology technique called immunostaining.

[Evidence of Infidelity] Is the stain on the clothes semen? How to scientifically confirm it and the accuracy of the test

ImageAccuracy of Semen Detection

Detection is possible even with trace amounts of semen (minimum 0.001ml).
Using the same testing methods as the FBI, semen can be accurately identified even when diluted up to 1 million times.
It is the most accurate and sensitive detection method available to determine if it is male semen.
The detection accuracy is equivalent to the test methods used in scientific investigation laboratories, completely differentiating human semen from animal semen or human saliva.
* For women with a constitution that has a high concentration of PSA (Prostate-Specific Antigen) in their blood, PSA in body fluids (vaginal secretions, menstrual blood) may be detected.

ImageEffectiveness of Semen Detection

This is one of the forensic tests performed to investigate a partner's infidelity.
If it is scientifically proven that semen is included in evidence left at an infidelity or incident scene, it serves as very strong evidence.
Furthermore, if the DNA contained in the semen is preserved during the semen detection, the DNA profile of the evidence can be confirmed.
Even if it is not possible to confirm whose semen it is through DNA testing, proving that the semen of a third party who is not a legitimate partner was left at the scene is important evidence for resolving the case.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q.What is a semen detection test?

A.
A semen detection test is a forensic examination to verify whether stains on evidence, such as clothing or tissue paper, contain human semen. seeDNA uses the same accurate testing method as the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation), ensuring reliable identification even with trace amounts of semen (minimum 0.001 ml).

Q.How much does a semen detection test cost and how long does it take?

A.
The basic fee is 19,800 yen (tax and round-trip shipping included) for one item, and 15,000 yen for each additional item. The standard testing period is 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Options for DNA preservation and identification testing are also available for an additional fee.

Q.Can I test old stains or stains where the attached material is unknown?

A.
Yes, testing is possible. The detection method used by seeDNA can accurately distinguish human semen even from stains that have been left for a long time or when it is mixed with animal semen or human saliva. It checks for specific proteins unique to human semen, providing high detection accuracy.

Q.What happens if semen is detected?

A.
If semen is detected, it is possible to transition to DNA testing to determine whose semen it is, provided that DNA preservation processing was requested in advance. Even if identity verification is not possible, the fact that a third party's semen is present can serve as powerful evidence.

Q.Will my privacy be protected during the semen detection test?

A.
Yes, it is strictly protected. seeDNA is a PrivacyMark and ISO9001 certified institution, handling personal information securely. Testing can proceed with confidentiality regarding family members or third parties, ensuring peace of mind.
