The steps leading up to the test were easy to understand, and the quick communication put me very much at ease.
One thing I'd mention: in the situation where I had to redo the blood collection and resend it, I believe you allowed up to a three-day window before contacting me with the results.

I felt that if you had instead told me only the final date, I might not have felt anxious wondering "is it ready yet, is it ready yet."

This is purely my own personal impression, so please feel free to take it or leave it, but since others might feel the same way, I wanted to share it.
