I'm Looking Forward to Checking Everything Now (Google Review)

I was drawn in by the unique plan and decided to use the service, but there were a few points regarding the system that concerned me.

What I liked
The "Parent-Child Bond Plan," a service unique to this company that no other company offers, was very interesting and appealing. I'm currently waiting for the results, and I'm looking forward to being able to check everything.

Points of concern / requests for improvement
The kit is sent to me by express mail, but the return envelope is just a regular one. Since it's an important sample, I wanted to be able to track it, but if you want tracking, you have to prepare your own Letter Pack or go to the post office yourself, which felt like a bit of a hassle. Also, the requirement that everyone aged 18 or older create a My Page account, along with the many steps prompting you to leave a review, felt a bit tedious when I was busy.
Since the uniqueness of the service is wonderful, it would be even better if the administrative procedures were a little smoother.
