There are a lot of typos in the customer testimonials and on the site (the baby profile results). It's more of a supplementary feature, so it's less that I was dissatisfied and more that it was a bit hard to read.
You should be careful about the SSL certificate expiring.

Q2. A word for those hesitating about whether to take the test
I tend to be the impatient type myself, but when I saw the DNA test results, I was convinced that it took time because the testing was done properly.
I was relieved that the speed testing option was delivered within the promised timeframe.
Since delivery counts as day 0, and afternoon arrivals add +1 day and so on, I'd recommend adding the option if you want your results quickly.
If your delivery happens to span a weekend, you'll have to wait much longer for the results.

As for the price, I think it varies from person to person, but when you consider that money can buy peace of mind, it's cheap.
