This was my first time undergoing testing and I was very anxious, but the email support, including changing my plan, was very smooth.
However, although I thought the service offered a high degree of anonymity since it says you don't need to worry about those around you, I was startled to receive several confirmation phone calls.
If you truly want your testing kept confidential, please be aware of this.
