　・The gender test can be added for free.

2. Customer service
→・The call center staff were courteous. They kindly answered my questions, which allowed me to take the test with peace of mind.
　・Email inquiries were also answered promptly and courteously.

3. Testing fee
→Affordable.

4. Turnaround speed
→I received the results in the afternoon of the 8th business day.
　I was told the results would be reported within a 3-day window, and since it ended up being the final day, I spent that time feeling a bit anxious.
　Even so, it seems that getting results at a hospital would typically take around 10 days, so I think this was still quite fast.

5. Results report
→The details were clearly and easy to understand.
　It is also possible to download the report as a PDF.
　
6. Other comments
→The gender test option is free, but it requires posting on social media (Instagram, X, etc.) to receive it.
　This may have been mentioned somewhere on the testing page and I simply missed it, but it would be helpful if this were stated more clearly.
