This was a prenatal parent-child DNA test.
Moving as fast as possible on my end, it still took 29 days, so I think it's best to expect it to take a full month.
Tested at 7 weeks 2 days of pregnancy → results at 11 weeks 1 day. The operator's response was quick, accurate, and wonderful.
It says results are normally reported within 7–9 business days, so I was a little disappointed that it took longer than expected.
If a schedule simulation like the one marked ★ above were included, I think I could have accepted this timeframe without feeling so anxious.

Prior to that, the stated timeframe was 9–14 business days (4–8 business days for the express test). We sincerely apologize that the wording on our website was unclear and may have caused you concern.
