1. Reason for choosing seeDNA
While searching online, your company was the very first result that came up.
Since this was my first time requesting a DNA test, I first made an inquiry by phone.
After carefully confirming that it would suit my needs, I decided to proceed with the request this time.

2. Customer service
From the initial response over the phone to the explanation after the results came out,
they kindly and carefully answered each of my questions one by one,
which was very easy to understand and much appreciated.

3. Testing fees
I can't really say much since I don't know the going rate...
This time, for an infidelity investigation, I requested testing of a condom,
and I was told that the outside and inside would be charged separately,
so for now I had them check whether the outside had been used with a woman other than me.
However, I was told that proving it had been used by my husband
would require an additional fee...
so I thought it would be nice if there were some kind of set pricing.

4. Testing speed
Since a public holiday fell within the business-day count, it took nearly about three weeks, which felt very long.

5. Reporting of results
At first I didn't understand how to read the results and was confused, wondering "so it was used with another woman!?",
but after having the interpretation of the results explained to me over the phone, I understood clearly that it had been used with a completely different woman.

6. Other things I noticed
The wait for the results was an extremely long and difficult period.
I think if I could see a countdown of the days remaining or the progress status, it would reassure me a little that the testing was being properly carried out.
