I think the price is reasonable.

4. Testing speed
After applying, I read some reviews and thought it might take longer than expected, so I inquired whether I could switch to the express testing option on the day the sample arrived, but I was told that was not possible.
Since there were also public holidays, it took 19 days from the day the sample arrived until the report, so honestly the wait felt long.
However, since the results are reported within 9 to 14 business days and I received mine on day 11, I am generally satisfied.

The results were easy to understand.

6. Other comments
While waiting for the results, I was constantly concerned about the progress, so among the statuses shown on My Page ("Testing started → Testing in progress → Result reported"),
I felt it would be helpful to have at least one more stage between "testing in progress" and "result reported."
(For example, indicating that the first test has finished, the second test is in progress, or roughly what percentage has been completed.)
If that were the case, I think I could wait without feeling uneasy even if there were some range in the estimated number of days for the result report.
