1. Why I chose seeDNA
　While searching the internet for genetic testing, I chose this company because I felt it had the most trust and track record.

2. Customer service
　The email and phone support were extremely courteous.
　You also accommodated my requests and changes regarding the test samples.
　Thank you so much.

3. Testing fee
　I haven't compared it with other companies so I can't say for sure, but I felt the price was reasonable.

4. Testing speed
　The initial explanation stated a minimum of 2 days, or 2 additional days for special samples,
　so I expected to hear back after 4 days.
　However, without paying the extra fee for the express course, it didn't work out to that number of days,
　and in the end the results arrived after 7 days.
　Since this test has a major impact on one's life, I couldn't stop worrying about the results,
　so I was honestly disappointed by the number of days it took.

5. Result report
　The results I received were extremely easy to understand.
　I was impressed by how professional it was.

6. Other comments
　Seven days is plenty fast on its own, so I don't think you need to exaggerate
　"as fast as 2 days!" in your advertising.
　Since the test results are extremely clear and highly reliable,
　I don't think you need to compete on speed.
　When I made an inquiry by phone once,
　the staff member sounded apologetic, and I felt bad for them.
　For the sake of your staff as well, I strongly urge you to make improvements.
