We think they are reasonable.

4. Testing speed
It took two weeks from sample collection, and while we found ourselves looking forward to the results, we felt it wasn't too long considering that the testing was being carried out accurately despite your busy schedule.

5. Reporting of results
We were grateful that you sent us the results by email right away, ahead of the mailed document. We also thought the written report was compiled in an easy-to-understand way.
