I myself read many reviews over and over while waiting for my results, so I would like to share my own as well.

1. Why I chose seeDNA
I chose this company because it appeared at the top of my search results, results are available quickly, and after researching various other options I felt it was a trustworthy company.

2. Customer service
Both phone and email support were handled courteously.
Replies were quick, which put me at ease.

3. Testing fee
It is not a cheap amount, but given that this test can affect the course of one's life, I think it is reasonable.

4. Turnaround speed
I was a little disappointed with the speed.
For the first blood draw, I wanted to minimize the chance of needing a re-test, so I had it done at 8 weeks 2 days, but it still resulted in a re-test.
By that point, since it had also involved a toothbrush sample, 10 business days had already passed.
After that, I had a second blood draw, and around 3pm on the 8th business day I received a positive result.
Both were within the scheduled final day and within the expected timeframe, but even with the express (speed) option it ended up taking a full month including weekends,
and I found myself wondering whether the express option really made a difference, especially since the window for an early-term termination had already passed.
That said, when I think about how much longer it would have taken without the express option, I do believe it was worth it after all.

5. Results report
The results were clear and explained carefully.

6. Other comments
I wish there had been a bit more detail available on how far along the test currently was.
But thanks to this, I can now spend the rest of my pregnancy with peace of mind.
