Thank you very much for performing the prenatal testing this time. I was also able to check the results.

1. Why I chose seeDNA
Compared to other companies, it was reasonably priced yet the service was thorough,
and I thought I could trust it.

2. Customer service
Even at my very first inquiry, I received a prompt and courteous reply, which was the deciding factor for choosing this service.
When I placed my order afterward, I also felt reassured by the quick emails and kit shipment.
Also, after the kit arrived at seeDNA,
the application form and consent form were displayed on My Page, which was also reassuring.

3. Testing fee
As I mentioned above, it was very reasonably priced compared to other companies, which was a great help.

4. Turnaround time for results
It arrived the day before the final deadline.
Having read other people's reviews, I expected it to take about that long,
so I was glad it arrived within the timeframe.

5. Reporting of results
It was convenient to be able to check the results on My Page.
I felt it would be even more convenient if the result sheets (?) could be downloaded all at once.

6. Other comments
Since it was summer, I was worried about the shipping conditions, but I was glad the results came out fine in the end. Thank you very much indeed.
