한국의 고객 대응팀 직원분들이 너무나 빠르고 친절하게 응대해 주셔서 전 기간 실질적으로도 심적으로도 크게 힘이되고 도움이 되었습니다.

3. 검사 요금
적지 않은 금액이지만, 이 서비스가 존재하는 것 자체로 너무 큰 도움을 받아서 금액이 문제는 아니라고 생각합니다.

4. 검사 속도
안내된 일정 마지막 전날에 결과를 받았습니다.

5. 결과 보고
조금 이해하기 어려운 문구로 작성 되어있었지만
한국 고객 대응팀이 빠르게 질문에 답해주셔서 결과 해석에 문제는 없었습니다.

1. Why I chose seeDNA
The detailed information on the website gave me a sense of trust.

2. Customer support
The staff of the Korean customer support team responded so quickly and kindly that, throughout the entire testing period, they were a great support to me both practically and emotionally, and I am very grateful.

3. Testing fee
It is by no means a small amount, but since this service being available was such a great help, I do not think the fee itself is an issue.

4. Testing speed
I received the results the day before the last day of the guided schedule.

5. Result report
Some of the wording was a little difficult to understand, but since the Korean customer support team answered my questions promptly, I had no trouble interpreting the results.

6. Other comments
Once again, I would like to thank the Korean customer support team and staff.
