I Should Have Added the Option Without Hesitation From the Start

Except for the testing period, the service was courteous and prompt at every step.
I was given detailed emails each time, which put me at ease!
The day after I sent back the kit, I inquired whether I could add the speed testing option,
but I was told that the sample testing had already begun and it could not be added, and I thought, "It might come back sooner than I expected,"
so I decided to wait patiently, but in the end the results took longer than I had anticipated to arrive....
It took about 19 days from sending the kit back to receiving the results.
The only thing I regret is not adding the option without hesitation from the very beginning,
but I was relieved to receive results that were very easy to understand in the end! Thank you very much.
