but due to my circumstances I also paid the extra fee for the speed testing option.

I really think the speed testing option is a fraudulent, exaggerated advertisement, so I don't recommend it.
It says "4 to 8 business days," but it seems like you never actually get results in 4 business days to begin with.
The extra fee isn't cheap either, and as other reviewers have also mentioned, even with the speed testing option, the results still end up coming late.
Writing "from 4 business days" really makes me feel like I've been scammed.
It's an exaggerated advertisement. If you can't deliver on it, I wish you hadn't written "from 4 business days" in the first place.

After that, even with a weekend in between, there was no report of results, and I didn't find out until the very last minute.
If that's how it is, there was no need to choose the speed testing option.
I would like the extra fee refunded.
