The reviews said that even with the speed testing option, you're kept waiting until the final day, and that turned out to be exactly true.
The test was performed after 7 weeks, but it resulted in a re-examination. Even with a re-examination, it takes another 4 to 8 business days (two weeks),
so even if the NIPT test had found a chromosomal abnormality, an early-term abortion would not have been possible. I wish I had used a different company from the start.
A re-examination rate of 5% is simply unbelievable.

Thank you very much for using our testing service and for taking the time to share your feedback.

We sincerely apologize for not providing sufficient explanation in advance regarding the range in the number of days needed to report results.
To ensure the accuracy of our testing, we perform two analyses for every parent-child DNA test, at no additional cost and without requiring resubmission of samples.
In addition, because the condition of samples varies from person to person, we allow a range of 4 to 8 business days even for the speed testing option.

We also understand that having your test result require a re-examination must have caused considerable anxiety and distrust. We are truly sorry.
This re-examination was not the result of any testing error; rather, it was because the amount of fetal DNA contained in the maternal blood sample did not meet the level required for testing, which meant we were unable to report a definitive result from the initial test.
We have performed more than 10,000 tests to date, and for over 95% of customers who had blood drawn at 7 weeks of pregnancy or later, we have been able to provide an accurate result on the first test.
However, because the amount of fetal DNA varies from person to person, a re-examination may still be necessary even when the gestational age meets the required standard.
For this reason, we offer a free re-examination and a partial refund guarantee program for customers who had blood drawn at 7 weeks of pregnancy or later.

We take your feedback seriously and will continue working to provide clearer explanations and improve our testing system, so that we can offer a service you can use with greater peace of mind.
