Due to a scheduled surgery, I ended up pressing them repeatedly and asking for unreasonable favors, which I'm sure was unpleasant for them. However
they never showed any sign of annoyance and handled everything courteously. I truly cannot thank them enough.

It was a very large expense for me, but I feel it was worth paying rather than living the rest of my life in uncertainty.
