I received prompt responses to my inquiries by email and phone.
When I was informed that a re-examination was needed, you promptly resent the testing kit, which was a great help.
3. Testing fee
I thought it was about average.
I didn't feel it was cheap.
4. Testing speed
1st time: sample received on 2/20
Around 11am on 3/5, contacted about re-examination (3rd day of the response period)
2nd time: sample received on 3/7
Around 11am on 3/14, results notified (2nd day of the response period)
I was a little anxious since a re-examination was needed,
but I was satisfied because both times I received a response within the timeframe I had been told in advance.

in order to prevent human error, our company
performs a double check by analyzing every test twice.
Through this double check, we cross-analyze against our accumulated past data
to confirm that there is no mix-up or duplication of samples.
