I didn't feel it was particularly fast or slow.
After the sample arrived at your company, you let me know an estimated time frame for the results report,

When I first looked at the results report, I found it a bit hard to understand due to the unique expressions and terminology,
but after watching the YouTube video linked as supplementary material, I was able to understand the content.
