1) The viewing period for My Page is one year.
　Please note that printed documents can be issued for up to five years.

2) The result report images are posted one at a time in JPEG format.
　We do not send PDFs by email.
　You are able to download the images using your own PC equipment.
　Also, issuing a printed report costs 5,500 yen (tax included).
