2. Customer service
・Given the price, I wasn't sure if I could really trust the service, but since it was the only place in Japan offering this, I decided to go ahead with it. I felt it would be better to try and possibly regret it than not try at all and regret that instead. In the end, I was really glad I relied on you.
I contacted you many, many times by email and phone about things I was concerned about, but you were never once unpleasant in attitude or words, and I was very satisfied.
Both the phone and email support were wonderful.

3. Testing fees
・Until I saw the results, I thought it was too expensive, with all the extra options and so on,
but when I considered all the work involved step by step, I realized it made sense.
It's expensive, but I think it's worth that much.

4. Turnaround speed
・Slow, far too slow. Oral epithelial cells are difficult to work with, and since I had already added the toothbrushing option, adding a rush option on top of that would have been too expensive, so I thought "no way (;_;)" and just kept opening my email every day, waiting and wondering if the results were ready yet.
But looking at the results, it seems like each of the many test items was handled carefully one by one, with thorough double-checking, so of course it takes that much time.
I was satisfied with my results, and since I wasn't in a rush to know by the 12th week as I had originally considered, it worked out fine for me. That said, if the result had been different, I think requesting the rush option to find out sooner might have been a little easier on both the mother's body and the baby.
It feels awkward and painful to put into words, but there are unwanted pregnancies that can result from past infidelity and similar situations.
I believe this test exists to help prevent that, so even though it's expensive, please think it over carefully before requesting testing (;_;)

5. Reporting of results
・As I mentioned earlier, I was surprised by just how many test items there were, and at the same time I thought, ah, I'm really glad I relied on you for this. I also requested to know the sex, and since it was different from my first child, I was so happy to be blessed with children of both sexes. I'll keep taking care of my body and doing my best with peace of mind for the rest of this pregnancy. I'm very satisfied. Thank you so much.
