The price and the reviews.
There was no history of trouble in the past,
and the company responded carefully to reviews as well.

2. Customer service
Email inquiries were handled promptly, and after it was determined that an email had failed to arrive,
I received a phone call right away, which gave me a sense of reassurance.

3. Testing fee
Reasonable.

4. Testing speed
The stated number of days is only the testing period itself,
and the mailing time needs to be considered separately.
When sending items ourselves, standard shipping usually takes about 4 days,
so from the time of purchase you should expect roughly double the stated number of days.
That said, once the sample arrives, testing proceeds exactly as specified.
There was about a three-day window for sample submission, but since it arrived
on the morning of the earliest possible day, the stated number of days itself was not inaccurate.

5. Reporting of results
Notified by email, and confirmed via the My Page.
The test result was what I had hoped for, and I felt truly relieved.
