1. Please let me know the dates on which each sample was tested
2. Please tell me why the sample photos in the report show only the envelope
　　If it's the envelope, shouldn't a photo of the used item be included instead?
3. Could you please provide a photo of the sample being placed into the signed envelope

Regarding your inquiry,
① The testing period is as stated in the result report.
　Multiple examiners carry out multiple tasks in parallel,
　and the results are reported once all work has been completed.

② By having you sign the envelope,
　we confirm that the sample was indeed collected
　by the test subject.
　There is no difference in the envelope photo before and after the testing process.

③ We do not have a photo of the sample being placed into the envelope.
　A witness confirms
　that the sample is correctly placed in the envelope.
