Thank you very much for the testing this time.
I have one question. Since my due date remains unchanged at July 10, the day I had the blood drawn should indeed be 7 weeks 4 days,
but today (12/5), when the size of the fetus was measured, it came out to 8 weeks 3 days, which would put the day of the blood draw at 6 weeks 6 days.
According to the doctor, since the due date hasn't changed, the blood draw date is 7 weeks 4 days, but based on the size of the fetus,
it would be under 7 weeks.
Even so, since the Y-chromosome-derived DNA was detected, can I be certain that it is indeed a boy?
I apologize if my message is unclear.

Thank you very much for using our testing service this time.
We are all delighted if this test was able to be of some help to you.
We wish you continued health and happiness going forward.
Regarding your inquiry,
in our prenatal gender testing, we check not only for the presence or absence of SNVs derived from the sex chromosomes,
but also confirm, for every test, whether SNVs derived from the autosomes
are being detected without any issues.
For this reason, in this particular test, SNVs derived from the fetus's autosomes and sex chromosomes
were detected without any problems, and under these conditions an SNV derived from the Y chromosome was detected,
so the fetus has been determined to be male.
Thank you very much.
