Was the mother's DNA also analyzed?
If there is a possibility that the comparison was actually done using the mother's DNA, I would appreciate it if you could let me know.

Regarding your inquiry,
DNA from one male individual was extracted from the toothbrush, and we have reported the results based on that.
If DNA from multiple people is detected, the test is always deemed unable to be conducted.

In addition, for testing we use only the bristle part of the toothbrush.
