[Prenatal DNA Test] I really felt they had tested it thoroughly

1. Why I chose seeDNA
The fact that testing was possible even with a toothbrush last used a month ago.
There were other services that couldn't test something a month old, so this was the deciding factor.

2. Customer service
Before applying, I called with a few questions I had, and the staff responded very courteously, which was a great help.

3. Testing fee
About average.

4. Testing speed
I was satisfied that the report arrived within the estimated timeframe for results.
That said, once I actually submitted the sample, the waiting period felt long, and even though I had a rough sense of what the result would be,
it became a real mental burden, so I felt I should have opted for the express test instead.
Since this was my first time, I only realized this after I had already applied.
(When I inquired about it, I was told that once a sample has been submitted, it isn't possible to switch to express testing partway through,
so I wish I had been able to confirm that at the time of application. If this was already stated and I simply missed it, I apologize.)

5. Results report
Not only the results themselves but also photos and numerous supporting documents were attached, which made me really feel that the testing had been done thoroughly.

6. Other comments
Since there is no face-to-face contact from submission through to the report, the courtesy shown in the phone and email communication really came through,
and that allowed me to apply with peace of mind even as a first-time user.
I'm not sure how often the opportunity will arise, but if I have any friends or acquaintances considering a DNA test,
I would like to recommend seeDNA to them.
