You were kind. The test kit was delayed because of the holiday, which put me in a difficult situation, but when I reached out for advice, you responded with great care and it was a huge help.
Also, the testing method and how to send items via FedEx were clearly explained, so I was able to send the sample without any trouble.

I think it was reasonable.

With the speed test, results came out on the 7th business day, and I was satisfied.
