Below are our answers to the questionnaire.

1. Why we chose seeDNA
It started when we really wanted a DNA test done prenatally, and we searched online not really expecting much.

2. Customer service
Email replies were very fast, and our questions and requests were answered smoothly, which put us at ease.

3. Testing fee
Since this concerns something that will affect the rest of our lives, we feel the price was reasonable.

4. Testing speed
We requested the express test, using a toothbrush sample for the alleged father.
We had blood drawn at 8 weeks 1 day, but received a notice saying "insufficient fetal DNA, retest required."
With a second blood draw at 11 weeks 1 day, we finally got the test results.
Both times, we received the result notice about two weeks after testing began.
The first time, testing began on 8/22, with a reporting window of
9/2-9/6, and we received the retest notice at 11:06 on 9/6.
Then
the second time, testing began on 9/12, with a reporting window of 9/20-9/27, and we received the result report at 11:35 on 9/27.
Looking at reviews, we noticed several cases where results were reported on the very last day of the window,
so we expected it would likely arrive on the last day as well.
In cases like ours where a retest is needed, it can take more than a month from application to the final result,
and above all, weekends and holidays are not counted as part of the testing period. As others have mentioned,
we felt it's best not to expect the shortest turnaround time listed on the website.

5. Result report
It was the result we had hoped for.

6. Other comments
Once we confirmed the result, we felt truly relieved. Since the anxious days were of our own making, we now feel nothing but gratitude.
