I was drawn in after seeing reviews on a mom cafe (online community), and
the detailed blog posts gave me confidence.
2. Customer service
They explained things kindly and in detail.
3. Testing fee
The fee doesn't seem too expensive; it seems reasonable.
4. Testing speed
The testing speed was a bit disappointing... even though I chose the speed option....
Excluding holidays and weekends, it arrives in the afternoon plus one more day... I'd like it to be a bit faster.
