Collecting the sample was not troublesome at all, as the instructions were clear and easy to follow, so I was able to collect the sample, send it in, and view the results without any issues.
Viewing the results on paper costs extra, so I think viewing them online is more than sufficient.
Considering how easy the sample was to collect and send, as well as how quickly I was able to check the results, I am giving this a 5-star rating.
