It says the results will be reported after 4 to 6 business days, but it actually took 8 to 10 business days.
It wasn't until 9 days after I shipped the sample that I finally got a message saying, "We will begin testing today."
Since it's summer, I'm very worried about whether the sample is still in good condition after all this time has passed.
If it needs to be retested, that would mean waiting twice as long again from this point, wouldn't it?
For those in a hurry, I recommend the speed testing option.
