It was simply slow. Even though I chose the speed testing option, I was made to wait about two weeks and the test had to be redone on the final day.
I waited and waited anxiously for the results, and this was unacceptable.
Since it's difficult to collect a sample with a cotton swab, I paid an additional fee and requested it again, but the second time also took nearly three weeks.
Please don't lie about "4 to 8 days."
You should clearly state the detailed testing period.
If you are considering a DNA test, I think it would be better to ask another company.
