1. Why I chose seeDNA
I searched online, looked at various options, and made my decision.
2. Customer service
Since this was my first time, I had a lot of anxiety and things I didn't understand, but when I made an inquiry by phone beforehand,
they kindly explained everything to me in detail. I was also glad that they kept me updated with detailed follow-ups afterward.
3. Testing fee
It was the cheapest among what I found online, and I thought the details were also written thoughtfully.
4. Testing speed
I got the results in about one week, so I'm satisfied.
5. Result notification
I was glad that I could see the results online before receiving them in writing.
6. Other comments
This may have been an issue on my end, but I wasn't able to complete payment by card.
I contacted the card company about it several times, but in the end I never found out why it didn't work.
