It was too slow.
I sent blood at around 8 weeks and paid for the speed test, but because it spanned a weekend it took nearly two weeks, and on top of that a retest was needed.
If a retest was going to be needed, I wish you had given priority confirmation as soon as that became clear from the first test, so I could get the result as fast as possible.
In the end I only got a 30% refund, still don't know the result, and simply wasted my time and money.
You advertise that results can be known in as little as 4 days from 7 weeks, but it seems like most people get their results on the very last day.

In order to prevent any possible testing errors, we perform every parent-child DNA test twice, at no additional cost and without requiring resubmission of a sample.
Because each submitted sample also differs from one another, we set a range of 4 to 8 business days even for the speed testing option.
We also sincerely apologize that the outcome resulted in a retest, causing you great anxiety and distrust toward our company.
The reason for the retest was not a testing error, but rather that the amount of fetal DNA contained in the maternal blood was insufficient to produce an accurate test result.
Based on the results of more than 7,000 tests we have conducted to date, for maternal blood drawn from the 7th week of pregnancy onward,
95% of customers receive an accurate result from the first test. However, because the amount of fetal DNA contained in the blood varies from person to person,
a retest may still be required even when blood is drawn after the 7th week of pregnancy.
