Below are my answers to the questionnaire.
1. Why I chose seeDNA
Because it appeared near the top of the search engine results.
2. Customer service
When I submitted a question through the form on a Sunday night before sending in the sample, I received a reply right at 9:00 on Monday morning.
Also, when there was an issue on my end that required back-and-forth, I received a reply within an hour — the support was truly wonderful.
3. Testing fee
I think it's about the market rate. Given how courteous the support was, I'd even say it's reasonably priced.
4. Testing speed
This was the one point that concerned me a little. Since I wasn't in a particular hurry, I didn't choose the express testing option and just sent in the sample,
but it took 4 days for the sample to arrive. I believe this was because it was sent by regular mail with deferred postage payment,
and I was worried it might have gotten lost before arriving. Even if it costs a little extra, it might be a good idea
to include a Letter Pack when sending the sample.
The actual testing itself was completed in 4 of the announced 4-to-6-day window, which was very fast, so it would be helpful
if you could let customers know in advance that the sample delivery itself may take some time.
5. Results report
It was as I expected.

If any acquaintance of mine is considering a parent-child DNA test, I will definitely recommend your service to them. Thank you very much.
