The fee was low and it wasn't much of a burden, so I was able to use the service without difficulty.
You kept me updated by email every step of the way, so I was able to wait for the results with peace of mind.

However, there was one thing: the return shipping for the sample from my end seemed to be regular mail.
As the mother, I used this service to clarify the parent-child relationship between my child and the father.
Since my child was still a newborn, I had to hold the baby the whole time, so I left most of the work to the other party.
I also asked them to handle sending the sample.
I hadn't checked the shipping method.
It was sent on 2/1 and arrived on 2/6.
I imagine the bad weather was also a factor, but with regular mail that isn't delivered on weekends, not knowing whether it had arrived yet, or even whether it had really been sent...
I have never been so anxious about something...
There may be some reason behind it, but I truly wished it had been sent via Letter Pack or something similar, so I decided to share this feedback!

I imagine people who use DNA testing have all kinds of circumstances.
I hope that the anxiety felt by those who use this service in the future can be reduced even a little.

Regarding your inquiry,
for customers who choose the standard turnaround time for a private father-child test, the return envelope included in the kit
is sent via regular mail (postage billed later).
In this case, it apparently takes about 4 business days from mailbox drop-off to arrival at our office.

For customers who choose the express testing option for a private father-child test, the return envelope included in the kit
is sent via Letter Pack Plus as expedited mail.
This is noted in the express testing option selection field on the application screen.
