I was really unhappy and annoyed at being pressured to make an additional payment.

It takes a long time for the test results to come out.
Even though it says "within 14 days," weekends and holidays are not included in that count, so you should assume it will take more than 3 weeks before requesting the test.
Also, they advertise the quality of their testing, but despite that, they said the required amount of DNA set by the company could not be detected, so after waiting quite a while for the results, I had to have the test redone.
Even for the re-test, I collected the sample during what was described as the free re-testing period (the time when DNA can be detected), yet I was repeatedly pressured to make additional payments that should not have been necessary. It was truly unpleasant and a nuisance. I really should have gone with a different company.
I am writing this for the reference of anyone considering DNA testing.
Even the internal sharing of information seems inconsistent, to the point where I don't know what's going on internally, and I can't trust them.

Thank you very much for using our testing service and for sharing your feedback.
We sincerely apologize that our explanation regarding the free re-testing caused you such great anxiety and distrust toward our company.

For customers who had their blood drawn at 7 weeks of pregnancy or later, we offer a free re-test and a partial refund guarantee.
We are sorry for the inconvenience, but could you please submit a copy of your maternal health handbook or an ultrasound photo that shows the blood was drawn at 7 weeks of pregnancy or later?
Once we confirm that the blood was drawn at 7 weeks of pregnancy or later, we will cover the cost of the re-test as well as the express round-trip shipping for the kit, and carry out the re-test using our express testing service.

Please note that the reason for the re-test is not a testing error or mistake, but rather that the maternal blood sample submitted did not contain a sufficient amount of fetal DNA required for testing, which meant we were unable to provide an accurate result.
According to our testing track record, for maternal blood drawn at 7 weeks of pregnancy or later, we are able to report accurate results from the first test for 95% of customers.
However, because the amount of fetal DNA contained in the blood varies from person to person, a re-test may still be required even when the blood was drawn at 7 weeks of pregnancy or later. We appreciate your understanding.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your valuable feedback with us. We take this customer's comments seriously and will work to review our internal systems and improve the quality of our service.
