I think this is a fraudulent company that just wants to charge speed testing fees.

First of all, it takes quite a long time to get results. As mentioned in other reviews on the site, even though it says "results in 4 to 8 days,"
in most cases the results come out on the very last day. I requested the speed testing option, but it was meaningless,
and I think this is a fraudulent company that just wants to charge speed testing fees.
Since weekends and holidays are not counted as testing days, I was anxiously waiting every day,
only to be told on the final day of the reporting period that a "re-test" was needed. I understand the re-test rate is supposedly 5%,
but is it really 5%? This is an unbelievable company. If the result was going to require a re-test, I wish they had told me sooner.
I never imagined it would take this long. I was in a hurry for the results... In any case, this is not an acceptable company,
and I think it would be better to use a different company.

Thank you very much for using our testing service and for sharing your feedback.

We apologize for not adequately explaining in advance that there can be some variation in the reporting date for results.
In order to prevent any possible testing errors, we perform every parent-child DNA test twice — with no additional charge and no need to resubmit a sample — and because each submitted sample differs slightly, we set a range of 4 to 8 business days even for the speed testing option.

We also sincerely apologize that, in addition to the timing of the result report, the outcome required a re-test, causing you great anxiety and distrust toward our company.
The reason for the re-test was not a testing error, but rather that the amount of fetal DNA contained in the maternal blood sample was insufficient to produce an accurate test result.
Based on our testing track record, for maternal blood samples collected from the 7th week of pregnancy onward, we are able to report accurate results from the first test for 95% of customers; however, because the amount of fetal DNA in the blood varies from person to person, a re-test may still be required even when the blood is drawn after the 7th week of pregnancy.
For this reason, we offer a free re-test and a partial refund guarantee for customers whose blood was drawn from the 7th week of pregnancy onward.

Thank you once again for taking the time to share your valuable feedback with us. We will continue to take our customers' voices seriously and work to improve our service, including how we communicate the reporting date and the possibility of a re-test, as well as improving the speed of our testing.
