1. Why I chose seeDNA
There were a lot of reviews on apps like Chiebukuro and Mamari, and it had also appeared in the media

2. Customer service
I contacted them many, many times by phone and email, but they never once showed any sign of annoyance and handled everything with genuine care.

3. Testing fees
Prenatal testing is indeed expensive.
However, they offered discounts on the follow-up testing and postnatal testing, and the aftercare was thorough, so I have no regrets.

4. Testing speed
I think it takes a while.
I imagine it can't be helped since they must have a lot of requests, but I do wish it could be a little faster.

5. Reporting of results
I did have some doubts and couldn't fully believe everything, but if the results come from professionals, I think there's no choice but to trust them. Even if something were to come up later, this would serve as evidence.

6. Other things I noticed
Both before and after using the service, I researched various things online about seeDNA, such as misjudgment cases, media appearances, qualifications, and YouTube. Since they do have a YouTube channel, I wish they would post footage of their actual media appearances — it would really reassure viewers that they truly did appear.
