Compared to other genetic testing companies, I feel the pricing is reasonable,
but honestly, from an ordinary person's perspective, I don't think it's cheap.

6. Other things I noticed
I found it a bit questionable that an additional fee of 1,100 yen is required to have the test kit held for pickup at a post office. As far as I understand, post offices themselves don't charge for that service.
Also, I was told that an additional fee of 5,500 yen is required to receive the test result report in written (paper) form,
and I honestly can't imagine what justifies that 5,500 yen charge either.
That said, both of these are simply matters of whether someone who agrees to the terms chooses to use the service, so I have no complaints at all.
I genuinely just felt a simple sense of "I wonder why an extra 1,100 yen or 5,500 yen is needed."
Overall, I feel your company is very trustworthy, and if I know anyone struggling with something like this, I would like to recommend seeDNA to them.
