1. Reason for choosing seeDNA
When I searched the internet for prenatal DNA testing, your company came up near the top of the results.
Compared to other companies, I felt it seemed trustworthy based on the fact that results come back quickly and on the reviews I read.
2. Customer service
The phone and email support was excellent, and my questions were explained clearly.
Responses to my inquiries were also quick, which I really appreciated.
3. Testing fees
Since I added options such as the gestational week and express testing, the cost was higher, but I think it was reasonable.
4. Testing speed
I asked in advance what would happen if the sample arrived on a weekend, and since I had received an explanation, I was able to predict roughly how long it would take to get the results.
With the express test, I received the results in 6 business days.
I was very relieved to learn the results before the holiday.
That said, waiting for the results is naturally nerve-wracking, so I would appreciate it if results could be provided as quickly as possible.
5. Reporting of results
I was relieved that the results were what I had hoped for.
The results were easy to understand, and since a photo of the sample I submitted was attached, it felt credible, which I appreciated.
The website also had a video explaining how to read the results, which I think will make it easier to explain to the other party.
6. Other comments
I was told by email about hospitals where I could have blood drawn.
While I appreciated being given this information, I was confused because the hospital information in the email differed from the information on the hospitals' own websites, and the reservation methods were also different.
Eager to get the blood draw done as soon as possible, I looked into several hospitals, but some of them didn't match what was in the email, and at a few I couldn't even make a reservation. (The email said that the person could come in without a reservation or advance contact.)
Since you are affiliated with more than 300 hospitals, I imagine it's difficult to keep every hospital's information fully up to date, but I think it would be good if you could periodically check reservation methods and consultation hours with each hospital and update the email content accordingly.
