1. Reason for choosing seeDNA
The reviews were good, and it said results in as little as 4 days, so I chose it because I wanted to know as soon as possible.

2. Customer service
It was great that I got a reply right away whenever I asked a question.

3. Testing fee
Considering it's a once-in-a-lifetime matter, I think it's reasonable, but it was a heavy burden because additional fees were charged for retesting when gestational age couldn't be proven, or when the sample wasn't buccal (cheek) epithelial cells.

4. Testing speed
I applied for the express test, but the first time I was contacted about a retest on the very last day, and the retest results also came in the evening of the final day. Since I was in the middle of deciding whether or not to continue the pregnancy, the results felt slow to me.

5. Reporting of results
I am satisfied.

6. Other comments/concerns
I was asked to retest because there was insufficient fetal DNA, but I received no notice as to whether the alleged father's buccal epithelial cells or any other sample DNA had been successfully collected, so I was anxious about whether the alleged father's DNA had actually been collected properly.
