I contacted them multiple times by phone and email, and I'm grateful for the courteous responses I received each time.

It would help if it were a bit more reasonable, but I also feel the price reflects a certain level of trustworthiness, so I think it's fair.

4. Testing speed
I had to have the test redone once, so it felt like it took a very long time.

5. Result report
I am extremely satisfied.

6. Other comments
I had been agonizing over whether to get tested, but the website had the words "It's okay to take the test more casually," and I felt like I was given a little push.
