2. Customer service
I asked questions both by email and by phone, and in both cases the staff were pleasant and kind.

3. Testing fee
It's not cheap, but given that it's a specialized matter, it's reasonable.

4. Testing speed
The results arrived one day before the deadline.

5. Reporting of results
The result was different from the sex I had hoped for and it was a huge shock, but since I was able to find out early, I think I'll be able to slowly come to terms with it.
