It came up near the top when I searched online.
The email and phone support was prompt and courteous.
2. Customer service
Excellent.
3. Testing fee
I feel it is expensive.
4. Turnaround time
There was a range in the estimated number of days until the results were known, and since the notification came relatively late within that range, it felt long.
The estimate was 6/16-6/23, but the actual notification came on 6/22.
5. Results report
I think it was appropriate.
6. Other comments or concerns
I did not understand how to read or interpret the report.
1. The meaning of the +/- results for the fetus and alleged father, and the criteria for judgment
2. The relationship between the overall result and the +/- ratio

The test data lists the DNA data of the subjects.
The RefSNP ID is the name of the genetic locus being examined.
A "+" indicates no inconsistency when assuming he is the fetus's father.
A "-" indicates an inconsistency when assuming he is the fetus's father.
2. The relationship between the overall result and the +/- ratio, and anything else this test result reveals
When a parent-child relationship is confirmed (99.99% or higher), "+" is generally recorded in all judgment fields.
There is nothing else that can be additionally understood from the results.
