1. Why I chose seeDNA
It was the cheapest on Amazon.
The turnaround time was also reasonable.

2. Customer service
I think it's good.
If I had to say something, I think it would help ease anxiety (wondering "did it arrive?") to receive an email once the application form arrives at your company.

3. Testing fee
Expensive.
Since I'm not an expert, I don't know how much equipment and specialized staff
this kind of work requires, so from the perspective of an average salaried worker,
it's an amount I can afford, but honestly I'd be happy if it were 5,000 yen.

4. Testing speed
Faster is always better, but considering the purpose of the test,
I think it's a period I can wait for comfortably. Inheritance matters can take around 10 years,
so personally I don't think there's much difference between getting results in 10 minutes versus 10 days.

5. Result report
It feels good. It's great that they clearly state "you are parent and child," not just a percentage.
The final materials are difficult for a layperson to understand, though.

6. Other things I noticed
As noted in the customer service section,
I think it would definitely leave a better impression if customers could confirm
that their documents arrived properly and that testing has definitely begun.
