It was the first result to come up in my internet search, and after looking at the website, I felt I could trust it.

2. Customer support
I ended up calling several times whenever I felt anxious, but I'm grateful that I was treated courteously every time.
Also, when I switched partway through from a cheek swab to a toothbrush sample, you responded quickly.

3. Testing fee
Considering that you bear the responsibility of accurately providing, through high-standard testing, information that could completely change a person's life depending on the result, I felt the price was reasonable.

4. Turnaround speed
The results arrived on the afternoon of the last day of the expected reporting period, so more than three weeks had passed since the sample arrived.
The period until the results came out was very difficult, as I felt crushed by anxiety every day,
but when I safely saw the figure of 99.9%, I couldn't stop the tears of relief.
I understand that analyzing DNA by hand one by one must take a great deal of time, but I did wish I could have known a little sooner.
