It was terrible.
If you're going to request a test,
I think you'd be better off going elsewhere.
I paid an extra fee to have items like toothbrushes tested,
and when that didn't work,
I was charged an additional fee again,
and in the end no result could be produced.
It was pointless.

We deeply regret to inform you that in this case, we were unable to provide an accurate result because the sample contained another person's DNA mixed in.

Depending on how a sample has been stored, the DNA may become degraded, which can make testing impossible in some proportion of cases. We have illustrated this in the graph below, so please refer to it.

For oral epithelial cells collected with the cotton swabs we provide, DNA extraction is performed automatically by our system, so no additional fee is charged. However, for other types of samples, DNA extraction must be carried out manually by our lab technicians, which requires extra processing time and additional cost.

Even in cases where the DNA has degraded due to how the sample was stored, we offer a free retest and a partial refund guarantee to address the situation.
